Experience and Service

Located on East Colonial Drive, near Bonneville Road, All Floors is a locally owned family business. Its proprietors, LeRoy Clayton and Hector Torres, have a combined 46 years of experience in the flooring industry.
At their modest shop, they sell hardwood brand like Anderson, Hoboken, Natures Select, Bruce, Quick Step and Shaw, Mohawk ceramic tile and Aladdin Carpet. They also sell laminate flooring and granite countertops.
Only the highest quality products will do for the businessmen, who pride themselves on their integrity, honesty and punctuality.
As part of All Floors' code of business, Clayton and Torres do not subcontract labor.
"We're from New York, and we don't trust anyone," Clayton said. "We feel responsible for the people that go into our customers' homes. So we need to know who those people are, and that they understand our policy of being on time and respecting our customers' homes, inside and out."
Another difference is that All Floors employees are part-owners of the company. As a result, they do not get paid commissions.
They also stand behind their work, offering a lifetime installation guarantee on all carpet and a five-year guarantee on all hard-surface installations. Furthermore, they offer free quotes.
"We do a lot of work before you even spend a dime."
And customers appreciate it, Clayton said. In fact, nearly 40 percent of All Floors' business comes from referrals.
"Our customers send us their friends and family, because they believe in us. There is nothing in the world like having a bad experience. That's why we make sure our customers' experience is pleasant, from beginning to end."
As part of their commitment to customer service, Clayton and Torres can always be found whenever a client needs them.
"We can be reached 24/7," Clayton said. "All our customers have our store and cell phone numbers, and our cell phones are never turned off. We pride ourselves on customer satisfaction, so we go the extra yard."
"This is a business of accuracy," Clayton said. "When you make a mistake and you're short on material, you should never ask the customer for another dime, because if you aren't professional enough to get it right, the customers shouldn't have to pay for it."
They plan to contine serving the East Orlando and Central Florida markets, with a 50-mile service radius being their objective.
"If you go the extra mile and take care of things that need to be taken care of, you will always find yourself in good favor," Clayton said.
"The customer should always receive a great product as well as great service for their money. It's these things that will lead us to our goal."
